It was saying that and I couldn't join the Spiral Knights forums about one week. I used DNS changers and set my country as USA, I tried to enter the forums and it worked! So, what does that mean? They are not allowing players from some certain countries? I'm from Turkey and I have lots of friends who couldnt enter to forums because of that. I demand an answer for this.

Don't tell me where should I post this because I couldn't find a support e-mail to contact (Yes, they are not working too!). If you can give me an e-mail adress of support, I'll contact with them.

Thank you and sorry for my English.

Yeah, I'm getting it too. Now I can't view the forums on any browser on my computer, even after clearing cache.

i have this trouble too

i have this trouble too before according to Atropos they dont find the reason of this trouble some other knights have this trouble others doesnt. and clearing cache, using another internet browser, etc dont solve the matter, they say the only way to fix this its resetting the modem because this trouble its related to IP so when you change ip you dont have it anymore (and i guess theyre right because last night we got a heavy storm here so both electrical system and internet goes off so when it come back my internet was reset and my IP was changed) so now i can access forums.

the only way to fix this its just changing ip.

Resetted modem and cleared

Resetted modem and cleared cache, but it didn't work. I'm still using DNS changers to join, but I think its not safe.

changing ip

Changing my ip address seems to have helped me with this issue. I've bypassed my router, and connected directly to my modem, assigning my computer a different ip than the router would have. Now I just have to figure out how to get the router to gain a new ip. So it's IP address related. Is a certain range blocked or just mine?

edit:
I was able to fix it on one machine, but not the 2nd pc I have on my network. I believe it has something to do with the dns cache, probably on my router.
edit2:
no dns cache to be found. I was completely successful by just cloning my mac address to the router which gained me a new ip for the entire network. Now my network can access the forums. My advice... get a new ip address and clear your cache. Hope this helps someone. It probably won't help those that can't see the forums though.

I tried lots of things,

I tried lots of things, changed IP, cleared cache, but it didn't work. Also, changing my IP wass very difficult because of my ISP, and I don't want to do it again. Please someone give me a support e-mail to contact with Spiral Knights Moderators. I couldn't search for it because DNS changer doesn't work properly, also it takes about 20 mins to reach topic and takes over 100 tries to post something.

Mine was easy enough. For

Mine was easy enough.

For example. It also happened to me. I just type something related to the forums and I click the link and I automatically wind up at the link's site.
