Our "Support" tends to get rather non-specific. If you just want to ask a question to a GM, or tell them how amazing they are, you can still send a support ticket, however best not to strike up long conversations because they have actual supportin' to do as well.

but yes GM's do directly post on threads such as these. if you want their attention you can in game chat them with their GM username
example: /tell (insert GM you want to talk here)
