Start off as a group of friends. Invite good friends you have that are looking for a guild. Once you get 10-20 friends in the guild with you, start opening the guild to public. By this time, you may have a GM or two, an officer or two, and a decent amount of vets, members, and recruits. Make sure those who you invite are active. Soon, your guild will grow.
