The Sniped Stranger Hat is a hat I've always wanted. I was going to buy it in the Explorers pack, however, I realised that there is a 1/10 chance you will get this hat in that package. So, does anyone know how much it is in Crowns?

Little-Juances did respond properly. The AH will give a good estimate of the cost usually. I sold mine for roughly 150k crowns a while back, but they're not in demand. I'd say in the 100k~200k range.

Correcting some errors
1) The chances of getting one aren't 1/10. They're rarer than that, else they wouldn't be worth that much more.
2) They are in demand. I've never had one fail to get bought out.
3) They are worth far more than 70kcr; 100-200kcr would in fact be extremely lucky right now. Ters has the right answer: ~300kcr.

I bought one off the AH for 50k, but that was back in December, when it was the thick of the Explorer Pack promo. And yes, the odds really are one out of ten. The reason they're are 300k is because the Explorer Pack is such a rubbish deal now that no one wants to buy it and possibly add another sniped hat to the market, and because it's the only hat with any real value that it makes people want to pay more for the adorable snipe.

Actually, the rates could be 10% for each, however, it IS possible that the Sniped does indeed have a lower rate. This was never officially answered so we might never know.
