Thank you all for giving me a pat on the back for my deletion of my character Utrex. I'll send a request ticket and i'll just see what i'll get out of it. Anyways, i'm not going to quit anytime soon so be on your guard for my ultimate character(s) haha.

I've saved my character, THANKS ATLANTA FOR reading my request! My Utrex character is back and everything is FINE. Thanks Three Rings so much you are all the best :) I'm only missing my guild and all of my friends are gone but who cares! At least I have everything and I can just add everyone. Thanks so much...

Everyone makes mistakes. I've been super critical of OOO customer support and for great reasons. Just reasons. Reasonable reasons. Etc. But i will NEVER begrudge a fellow knight for an honest customer service to put them where they were at (no advantage gained ). I am truly happy for you Utrex-two. They have done a wonderful thing for you that they did not have to do (at all). And thank you OOO for stepping up to the plate. Yes it was an idiotic thing for him to delete his character. I'm just sooooo happy they restored it. Congratz man. Congratz OOO. Derpules, everyone makes mistakes. Second chances are one of the greatest things in the world that can be granted.
Soooo happy for u Utex-Two, i hope this sets a new precedent in customer service for OOO. My 1st hand experience has been neutral to bad. For example anyone with an RSS should have been given the choice between a pierce or elem bomb. But they dropped ball so bad. So many bad experiences with the cust service. But like i said, i don't begrudge my fellow knights. I didn't think they'd help you. On a personal level, i'm thrilled they did.

I know everyone makes mistakes. I am suggesting that, happy resolution aside, the OP should learn from this one.
It's probably too late to save your character now, by the way.
