I see that there is 4 different costume hats, you can get them by purchasing certain total war games, the rome one apparently gives you the golden leavy things. Which game gives you the other hats? Wondering I might get one.

Malakii Saves 50% on Promo Items by Switching to Daily Deals
As a tip, if you buy the games individually the Steam service will reduce the price of that one game during the daily deal. If one looks now, Rome, which was on sale yesterday for $1, is now $7.50. Consequently, Napoleon / Empire which were $15 yesterday are now $5. Assuming you hit the daily deals for the promo items, you'll get it 50% cheaper for 70% less games/dlc.
That being said, you wont be getting all the games, nor will you be getting all the Team Fortress hats. Assuming you want the games, go for the bundle. If you want the TF2 hats as well as these, go for daily deal be careful in your choice of games. Napoleon comes with the sniper hat and Empires comes with the Spy Tunic. You only need one of either to get the Spiral hat. You wont be getting the Liberty Staff either, but that thing isn't worth 50% more payout.

Maybe refresh the Steam page, or restart the client if you're doing it all in-client anyway. It's pretty glitchy sometimes.

Both games will give you the tricorn. However, one gives you the spy hat and the other gives you the sniper hat.
