What armor/armor costumes that go with the Total War promos seen in the promo picture? I'm just curious, cause I'd like to try to make the sets in-game.

The laurels uses a helm that
The one laurels uses a helm that doesn't exist in-game yet. It's the fancy-themed Round Helm that will be part of the new proto gear. Right now it, and the rest of the proto stuff is only in Surge because, at least I like think that, OOO is trying to find a way to let old players redo their proto.
The weapons, from left to right: Khorovod, Nightblade, Grand Flourish.
Protip: you aren't likely to find a Black Tabard at an affordable price. I find that Miracle Cloak looks better and is much more sensibly valued.
