As many of you are probably well aware, a few gifted knights have stepped forward and revealed their skills as artists and offer to do custom drawings/paintings for people at a price. I think now it’s time I threw my hat into the ring and joined this market!

The Process:

So this is basically how it will go: first, you’ll give me an idea of what you’d like done and I’ll make a rough sketch of the design. Bare in mind though that the more you want in there, the more the price will go up exponentially. If you like where I’m going with the design I’ll move on to refining and crystallizing the linework in a more finished sketch (if the initial design isn’t quite what you want I’ll do another initial sketch until we get it to where you like it). Once the finished sketch is complete I’ll send you a copy and you can decide if we continue with it or if you’d like other tweaks made. If you like it the way it is, we’ll then move on to a fully inked drawing. At this point, you’ll need to determine if you want to color the page yourself or if you’d like me to go ahead and finish it. If you want it finished, I will add color and you’ll receive a copy of a fully colored and inked drawing at the end – delivered in any desired size or format (and I say that hesitantly).

With the exception of the initial sketch, I expect payment at each step before I deliver each piece of artwork and will not ask for payment unless I have the next piece ready to deliver to you. Once I have received payment, you should receive the next phase of artwork immediately (taking into account download and upload time, the fact that I might not be on, etc.)

You can reach me here, through mailing, or via tells. Once the deal is in motion we’ll exchange email (a temporary one is recommended and will be what I use for transactions). All artwork will be submitted via email by default. If for some reason that doesn’t work out, I’ll temporarily upload the image somewhere so you can reach it that way.

Pricing:

The Pricing for a single, portrait shot at each step is listed here below. The price for each step will increase by 50% as more characters and stuff are added. As a standard I’m setting it in ce. I may also negotiate other means of currency such as accessories, weapons with UV’s, etc. This will be taken on a case by case basis though.

Initial Sketch – 800 ce
Finished Sketch – 3,600 ce
Ink – 3,600 ce
Color – 2,000 ce

Grand Total: 10,000 ce

Regretfully, I’m going to have to put some conditions on what I’m willing to create. I want to keep this business G-rated. Please don’t contacting me asking for a knight in a bathing suit, Skellies eating the dis-embodied heads of fallen knights, etc. A good rule of thumb would be: if there’s blood, gore, drugs, or risqu’e material; I won’t do it. The only exception to this would be the expelling of heat from a fallen knight.

I also make no promises about the timing of the work done. I do have a life outside of this game and it takes priority. Rest assure though, getting work to my clients is my number one priority in this game.
