Why is the no money online in the paybycash payment method

Ok, im trying to get crystal energy for my character to upgrade my armor, then when i was opening the paybycash method in redirected me to playspan.com. I searched and there was no money online payment method. Please help that is the only method i can use to get ce because i live in Malaysia so its a bit hard to use other payment method

So can you give me instruction about the www.playspan.com payment method ?
MY BAD! i made a mistake e_e i confused pay by cash with pay safe e_e idk whats why my mind. but Pay by cash should work since thats the payment method i use and give several options to pay your pack. the most safest method i use for that its the Ultimate Game Card in Paybycash.
Maybe you should send a ticket support so they can see whats the trouble with your payment methods.
