Nope.
But given that more furniture unlocks with the expansion upgrades, they're probably just not unlocked until higher upgrades. (My guilds got the first 2 expansions, and not anything worth noting yet)

My Guild Master said he got a bunch of upgrades, but I haven't seen them yet, I had to log off right as I was about to check out the new things
I just got back from school, logged on for 5 minutes...
and then the reboot happened :(
