On Steam, you can buy it as "Gift" and stock for later purpose. e.g. impress that female Knight in your guild on Valentine's Day. ;)

I got a copy of the guardian
I got a copy of the guardian armor pack and I cant get my stuff from it after using it. I have never had one yet so is it just a problem with steam or what? Please help.

Does this mean that the sale will end *AT* midnight *on* the 20th, or does it mean that after midnight on the 19th, the sale is no longer valid? And I mean that as in, "if I were to put a money order in the mail *TODAY* with the specific intent that it be used to purchase this particular energy pack, and it were to only just reach their offices on the 20th, would they still accept my payment and grant the CE package to my account?". :/

Armors and Helms are costume items. Armors, Helms, and Mist Tanks are bound. Elevator Pass is activated at the time of purchase and affects every Knight on the account.
Going by this description, I would assume that the Heat Amplifier and the Silver Keys are, most decidedly, *not* bound (although I really can't be sure about the Heat Amplifier). :P

Of the Guardian Armor Pack,
Of the Guardian Armor Pack, The costumes the Mist Tanks, and (obviously) Elevator Pass are bound. Everything else can be traded.
Edit: whoops, forgot to re-add the costumes to the list.
