The lag has increased over the last few patches, so it's client-sided (a lot of people are lagging, but they don't lag simultaneously)

my bars are all over the place lately and i feel like i'm ice-skating through the clockworks.

Haven instances lags are affected only in that haven instance, and ye can try other haven instances that aren't lagging.
The connection server is dedicated, and it is controlled on everywhere ye go. If the instance is lagging, it is because of other reasons.
