Firstly, the 'rarety' of a Uv to even the richest of people but i wanted to try how rare Is it to get a specific Uv that you want.
Let's say you want a Vs Slime med on a brandish, since no one knows the specific percentage of getting a uv so im going to say it's a 50% chance of getting on while crafting.
Then we see how many Types of Uvs there are for a brandish. Theres ASI, CTR and Vs bonueses, the one we want, so its a one out of three chance of getting a Vs bonues out of the original 50%. So that woule be... 1 out of 6 chance. then we want Alime Vs bonus, so thats 1 out of 6 of the previous 1 out of 6, so thats 1 out of 36. Then lastly, we want med slime Vs bonus, which ranges from low, med, high and Vhigh. so its 1 out of 4 from the previous 1 out of 36 which sums up to 1 out of 144. which in percentage is 0.694%
Thats is when your ragecrafting, what if your a roller?
So its eveything multiplied by 2, because you have a 100% of getting the Uv compared to rage craftings 50%. So it's 1.388%.
What About armour? what if i want a Fire med on my mad demo suit. so like the brandish, it's 50% of getting a uv. then we either get Res of Def bonuses. so its 50% from 50%, which is 25%, then theres 6 status to get, poison, freeze, stun, shock, curse and the one we want, Fire. so its 16.667 out of the 25 percent, which sums up to 0.66668, then thers the points, low, med, high and max. so its 1 out of 4 from the 0.66668, so it's 0.16667.
then the percentage of a roller is the total above multiplied by two. And 0.33334 is the sum.
But still we (or only the derpy me) don't know the exact percentage, and i just made these calculations just to people who wanted to know how hard it's to get a Uv, even if you don't count in the rarety of one.

you can search around but I think it was around 10% to get a UV when crafting and 1/8 for each of the ASI/CTR/monster families (for swords/guns, of course). And getting stuff other than low is pretty bad.
But better get the numbers from those threads otherwise you're just multiplying random percentages for the heck of it.
