Is it possible to save altered models to a .dat file so they can be viewed by other people, say, for the purpose of creating custom objects?
I realise that it's possible to save the configuration of the files so that when they're re-opened they load all the model settings into SpiralSpy, but is there any way to put all that into a .dat file so other people can load your custom model into their scenes without needing to restore your configuration file?

I don't know...I THINK so, Happy managed it...I think. On his thread...idk, I don't know enough about Spiral Spy or this sorta stuff to accurately say anything.

Omg found it thank-you so

Omg found it thank-you so much, dunno why I didnt check there before :O

All I had to do was when the model was in, I clicked Edit on the model, changed the settings and then clicked File>Save As up the top of the edit model window (didn't know it was there lol)

That moment, when you get told how to do something by someone who has almost no-idea what he's talking about.

I seem to have accidentally

I seem to have accidentally mucked up the game files, despite choosing "save as" and saving it somewhere completely different >.< how would I cause the launcher to re-verify the files? What do I delete?

EDIT:

(Demolishes a random java file in the game's code directory, game proceeds to self update)

Eh...

"I clicked Edit on the model, changed the settings and then clicked File>Save As up the top of the edit model window"

Isn't that what I said earlier..?

Huh

Looks like I'm late to the party on enlightening someone how to use Spiral Spy.

Oh well, I'll just sit over here if you have any more questions.
