Just watch what happens when the server reboots in haven while people are walking about, they keep walking and just jump to the top of any walls that they pass through

Lol...
Look at the GMs...when they walk through things, they jump up onto walls. Phantoms do it too, you know.

Grimalkins, too. Tier 3 Wolvers started doing it at some point, but they got fixed. Lumbers and other sources of strong knockback can push some objects (e.g. Tier 3 Gremlin corpses) onto ledges.

Now we just need spiders on Cradle, so you can be bitten by a radioactive one.

Happens a lot. it's due to how the terrain works. It's different heights in different areas, but objects will always jump to the surface. (so if you walked into a wall with noclip, you'd jump to the top of the wall)
