In my brief time in Earth Eternal I really liked that they had a fan-art contest. It was a nice little gesture, and some of the results were really cool.

I wonder if OOO might want to have contests that intersect with the game more tangibly. Maybe have players submit concepts for armor, or something. People would get excited over the chance to contribute to the game's development that way. I dunno, I've always liked it when I can interact with the game at a more meta level - design, art, music, etc.
