On the second hit? It's been gone for a Year. Removed because stun was buggy. Why the [self censored] Has it not been put back once it was fixed?
EDIT: Time for a Big explanation.
Way back when I started, the Sudaruska was a Weapon that had a Stun proc of Fair-Moderate... with moderate Stun
- that is, the best stun available. (Besides vials I think)
It would Proc on the Second hit... much like the Triglav or the Gran Faust's Second swing. But at the time stun was buggy as all get out... Instant attacks, Screwing up the timing, the works. And so OOO removed the stun on the second hit.
They didn't, however, remove the tooltip Stating "Fair chance of Moderate Stun". And with the Older knights still remembering that it DID stun at one point, the newer knights made it, and wondered, and complained that it didn't stun anymore.
So, because it was not worrisome at the time, OOO chose to not fix stun, but to erase the evidence that it was there. They removed the Tooltip and seemingly refrained to Responding to Bug reports.
And so time passed. Soon enough, OOO wanted to change the Beloved Radient Sun Shards. And they wanted to put stun on it. So while Knights raged at the change, they set about fixing the stun. And they did it, at least mostly... But from the Amount of usefulness of the Stagger Storm (AKA Swagger storm) It was fixed more then enough.
Now, the Sudaruska has always suffered from being inferior. The change to the charge brought it to be more in line with the Divine Avenger's- It's primary Competitor. But the normal combo is not only slower, it's weaker too. If the Sudaruska had at least Fair chance of Moderate Stun on it's Normal combo, it would be able to compete with the other heavy swords; not as a pure damage dealer, but as a Crowd control weapon. Giving at a niche of it;s own. One that is not well done in this game, besides bombs. (But that's another day.)
NEEDED Changes.
-Fair chance of Moderate Stun
Optional Changes. (I recommend one of these, for the sake of More crowd control)
-Apply the Chance of Stun to all Hits
-Increase the chance of stun to Moderate or Good
-Increase the amount moved between attacks
Bug fixes. (If you're gonna work on the Suda, please fix some bugs?)
-The charge attack's first Pulse is centered on the knight, or where it will land.
TL;DR:
Put that darned Stun back on Suda, please.
