Currently, there's no Haunted levels at all in Tier 3 as far as I can tell, and all the Fiend levels are in the first gate, after D23.
How are we supposed to get Philoso Feathers in these conditions?
Please guys, try to make more Undead/Fiend themed Tier 3 levels

Farm graveyards for grim tokens. I suspect this is exactly why the token system was implemented, at least in reference to materials.
