So I was thinking of a separated hallway filled with room for each and every member for a guild.
Each member would be able to pay a renting fee if they wish to own one. 50% or so rent would go into the treasury. The guild would also be able to buy "sets" of furniture for these dorms for everyone to be able to place in their own room.
Example: GM buy a set of table. Everyone who owns a dorm is now able to place 1 table.

A new furniture that could be included could be a "Mist Bucket" which each member/veteran could get their own tiny well. With a minimum deposit of 200 ce, they should be able to withdraw with an increase of 10% energy along with another 5% going to the mist well.

When I think this over, there's one -somewhat big- problem. Having well over 100 member. Maybe to solve this, you could have like a mini-guild hall dorm HUD under the mission+ coliseum+partyfinder. This would be like choosing guildhall but instead you choose the room to spawn next to, which should be only available to use in the guild. The GM should also be able to choose whether to also have "open dorm", similarly to publishing the Guild Hall.

I know all these feature are highly unlikely but might be added. . . similarly to pets. . .
