didnt mention what if any rooms/wings you got or amount of furniture hmmm if you prefer fascism/socialism we could ask nick to repossess your hall then MAKE you pay upkeep with a gun to your head :P ill stick with free market capitalism and possibly going into default or removing junk you dont need to get upkeep in a managable range ;)
