Hey i noticed that even with my skolver set charge time ultra reduction for my helmet, armor and even my sword that its still the same without all those effects.
i compared with friends of mine ingame and they don't even have it reduced.
So this makes the skolver set automatically useless right?
Changing the charge speed a lil bit faster for peopole is great but atleast make the peopole that have ultra effects faster than others.
