Currently, Valkyrian Aura's description states "Party members within the protective aura gain a charge speed bonus." However, this isn't completely accurate. Valkyrian Aura instead sets the CTR of anyone inside it to Maximum. The problem is that the description makes the skill seem incredibly attractive to bombers or anyone else who would already have maxed out their charge speed with gear, and thus would gain no benefit from the effect. I see two ways to fix this:

A) Have Valkyrian Aura make weapons charge even faster than the current maximum, equivalent to +8 or more CTR.
B) Change the description to "Party members within the protective aura can charge their weapons at maximum speed."
