We realize that some players were in the process of leveling items for another player before last night's update and now those items are bound to the player offering the leveling service. We would like to offer the service of returning items to their original owners for this special situation and a limited time only.
To request this service, please do the following:
* Log in to the game with the knight currently in possession of the items in question.
* Submit a ticket in game (click the question mark at top left, then select the support tab and click on
support request.)
* List the following information for each item to be transferred:
** The item. If you have multiple items of the same type, please describe which of the items you are referring to (for instance, the heat level, or any unique variants the item may have).
** The knight who should receive the item. Please be careful to spell their name correctly!
* Please include a note stating that you understand any current heat will be lost in the transfer.
Please note the following restrictions:
* Only one request will be honored per person so make sure that all items are included in your ticket!
* This is a limited offer, we will only honor requests received up until 11:59pm Pacific time on Monday, May 23rd.
* We will not transfer items that could not have been transferred under the old mechanics (for instance, 5* items already having heat or items that were bound under old mechanics, such as Fang of Vog); only items that could have been crafted into an unbound upgrade or just have been crafted, but not used, are eligible.
* No additional materials, crowns or energy will be transfered, only the equipment itself.
* The transferred items will be at heat level 1 again, no matter what their current state is.
* If someone else is holding an item that belongs to you, please contact that player and have them submit the request. Transfers will only be made at the request of the knight who currently holds an item!
