Sprites are displayed high overhead in this specific spot.
Location: Second Level of 9-1, An Occurence at Owlite Keep, the room where you find the first key (not far from the arrival Elevator).

The gentle dance of high flying sprites is spectacular occurrence indeed. My Scamper had a bit of trouble getting up there but after few tries was floating proudly as well.
