Since elevator passes no longer exist, it really shouldn't be mentioned here. The text reads:
"By purchasing an Expansion, you will unlock the missions included in the Expansion to play as often as you like, provided you pay the standard elevator costs at each floor. Like all missions, an Elevator Pass covers these costs."

Should be a rather simple fix.
