We were a 4-knight party and during phase 3 everything was going fine then he walked to the top left and completely disappeared. We killed the zombie that we pushed to the top right and still didn't come back. Waited a while and eventually I asked a GM for help and he did (promptly, I might add!). He's also a Kyle Rayner fan so mad props to Hyperion.

I sent in 2 bug reports in-game... the first one didn't haven enough detail so I made another typing more of a description. That's about it, thanks.
