Buff pulsars? Maybe switch the mechanics, like remove shock. But tbh, it seems fair enough. Nic le slow AoE bullets, fair damage. Seems legit.
Blaster nerf? Possibly, but not really needed. I mean, it is normal damage, it has 3 bullets (pretty fast) and is decent overall. Needs no merfs imo, i guess.
Alchemers are fine, just that something should be done about alchemer switching. It is not really OP when comparibg UV less items, but isnt really a legit way of using them.
While we are at it, lets come up with ideas OOO would actually agree with:
