Usually when you walk and fire a gun at the same time your movement is about halved. When firing the duelist you retain normal walking speed.
The Red Saber's normal strike has a red slash and afterimage. The charge has one almost identical to the cutter. (Whitish)
This can't be intentional...can it?
Chilling Duelist doesn't reduce movement speed while firing. Red Saber Charge uses Cutter animation.
