A chap is worth a good deal more then the Tab. If you find something that wants to do a trade, theres a good chance you'll have to add in a bunch of Cr or CE.

I've done chap for tab and vice versa before, plus this is the best time to do it if any, when they're just introduced and value is fluctuating.
