Movement Speed Increase - does it really make a difference ?

currently, movement speed increase is available through mercurial set, mercurial demo set and through our flying pet.
So, I guess the max speed boost obtainable is Very High.

have 2 questions here -
(1) when we take the speed increase token on any level, is that speed at MAX ? cos it does seem very fast;
(2) do ppl feel the Very High speed increase is visible - especially when one is a bomber ?
(ie worth the effort of either doing SL / trying to get 40 brinks).

I may be doing a SL IMF, so if there are ppl considering the same thing, do drop me a note (leeroy_j),
& we could possibly do SL in future (split CE costs 4 ways if that day happens)

The droppable speed boost multiplies your speed by 120%, which is equivalent of Ultra. This can compound with Very High, turning your total movement speed to 120% * 116% = 139.2%.

Very High is totally visible. It's the kind of thing you'll definitely miss when you don't have it.
