There are a lot of animation bugs in the game:
While walking, your weapons/shields won't change the size back to normal, so if you used your shield(which makes the shield bigger) and then started to walk, you shield stays that big. This can happen while switching weapons, so you are holding a tiny weapon or none.
Wolver Animation Glitch
Wolvers have a "spinball" model, but most of their normal animations don't have a scaled keyframe, so the jumpball stays active.
Almirian Guards Glitch
Sometimes, when they spawn they are tiny, but they still use the big hitbox.
