This armor has pierce and shadow, the 2 best defenses for Tier 1 Shadow Lair, as well as both curse and poison resists, and it's the best looking armor out there! Selling for 12,000 ce. (I can also make you the 5* Radiant Silvermail for 16,000 ce)
