My Red Rose Regalia Set (Hat and Tabard) approx value 60,000ce+ ($150) with patience (higher as time rolls on and another Regalia sale introduces more colors)

Price is firm.

If you're a costumer who came after the Gen1 sale/Steam integration, this is a great opportunity. Gen1 sets don't go for sale often (less as time goes on as more people inevitably equip them) which also means the average price is going up.
