A stupid question about unbinding costume items...

From what I've gathered, it seems impossible to undbind costume items. If I'm wrong, please tell me how to =).
But then, how do people manage to sell their regalia set?

I'm asking cause I now have 2 onyx bomberhead masks and would like to sell/give to my guildies one of them...

Don't really use any of these so figured I may as well get a price check and see if any of them are actually worth selling. On an irrelevent note I find it amusing how ordered alphabetically they go Low, Med, High, V.High
