Price Check on double UV Toxic Catalyzer, please?

Could I get a price check on a Toxic Catalyzer with
Attack Speed Increased: Low
Damage Bonus Vs Undead: Low?

I realize the Dmg Vs Undead is basically pointless, but what about the ASI? I was hoping to make a bunch for profit while looking for a decent UV for myself(Gunner and really could use one) and, go figure, the very first one I craft gives me my first double UV, even if one is worthless. Now I need to know if it's worth it to sell it and keep making some, or equip it, since if I DO equip it, I'm out a lot of Cr and can't easily mass produce them right now.
