I've got a Cutter with 3 UVs on it:

Charge Time Reduction - High
Damage vs Contructs - Low
Damage vs Undead - Low

When built up to 5* it can also gain Strong Poison or Damage vs Beasts High, and I'm not sure how the Charge Time Reduction stacks (goes to Max?).
