thinking of either selling it, or using it for myself but wondering how much it's worth before taking action

Okay, So i've been trying to get this set since the new regalia's came out and the thing that drives me up the wall is that I can't find a straight answer on the price!

Of course everyone wants a MILLION for either part

but I keep seeing them sell in the AH for varying prices.
nearest I can tell is that the
chap sells for 1-1.1m cr, so about 20k ce
and the
Tab sells for 500k cr so about 10k ce

even with this, I keep coming across a few sellers practically SCREAMING in my face that THEIR tabard is worth a million and their chap is worth like 5m!
