EDIT- Recipe has been found

Ok, as the title states I'm at 340/341 total recipes including those god forsaken ones from pvp. I've double checked with the wiki to be certain about this. And continue to do so due to paranoia. I want to finish this complete collection and as such am missing one recipe, much to my dismay.

So long story short is this.
