This is just a regular owlite shield, consisting of 3UV's.
The UV's are as follows:
Shock Resistance: Medium
Elemental Defense: Low
Piercing Defense: Medium

This item is currently in the AH for two days.
starting bid: 1k ce
Buyout: 3.5k ce

not very expensive at all, you don't have to pay the unbinding, and it's got 3 UV's (flashy).
