Ahhhh, hello my fellow knights.

Ever since I got a new I-Mac (OS X Yosemite) and installed Steam, I have been unable to play SK.
According to Spiral Knights' application, it seems that my issue pertains to my computer not having installed Java Runtime Environment software even though I have received verification for having done so (jre-8u45-macosx-x64.dmg).

Here is a screenshot showing the client complaining.

If it helps, my computer's specs are as follows:
OS X Yosemite- Version 10.10.3
Processor- 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5

recently i had a problem in my sk accounts (which forced me to restart the game progress from the beginning haha ) and i managed to reached till tier 2. I was itching for a lockdown(haven't played lockdown for like 3-4years so i have no idea whats going on in LD :P )

I mainly use sword(s)(I only have one sword until now), but I do like the Autogun line in many cases.(I have 2 Autoguns)
My loadout WILL be:

Combuster
Argent Peacemaker

Gran Faust
Grim Repeater

Final Flourish/BTB (help)
Blitz Needle (ofc Vana runs)

So, should I get a Graviton Vortex or an Electron Vortex? Do they even help us in any major way?
I mainly do Vana and Arcade runs, rarely play LD, and sometimes grind other bosses for token items.
