At punch the UV smith, you should be given the option of combine 2 of the same type of item placing all the UVs and accessorries on the combined item. If both items have the same UV as in same type and level e.g. Stun med then the level goes up by 1, so 2 stun meds make a high but a med and low make med. both items have to be the same type and level 10 to combine, higher star items are ceaper to combine, with 5*s being free or little cost (because ud lose a 5*) and 0-3*s the most expensive. When combining items you can pick up to 3 uvs from the possible 6 and keep them.
