So here is how this works....

The wealthy knight pays 100 dollars for a prize box that contains the license to a F2P that needs money. The F2P then gets a hefty sum of energy (45,000) but from then on becomes "indentured". 45K CE may also be paid, and only knights that are defender elite or higher may apply for indentured servitude.

Indentured knights-
-Cannot join guilds
-Have the knight that owns them as their guild name, i.e.
-Guild chat becomes a private chat channel with the master knight that owns them.

I'd say that an easy way to buff/nerf some weapons is to have different base charge times. I'd assume most bombs would have shorter base charge times, and heavier weapons would have slower ones (e.g. troika lines, autogun lines etc). Faster weapons like the cutter lines or antigua lines could have shorter ones as well.
You might also be able to use this to nerf Brandishes since their charge attack is really good, so making it charge slower can help at least a little bit with that.
