Energy Depot charges to my debit card but it was declined...

Hey, today I tried to purchase the expansion mission with a Mastercard Giftcard I picked up at the store today. Unfortunately, it declined my request and charged my card. I tried again, and my card was charged again without giving me the mission expansion. I realized this is sometimes buggy with credit cards, and you won't actually be charged. However, since this gift card was already pre-payed for and isn't linked to the bank, I'm actually missing 8 dollars on my card. Is there any way OOO can fix this and return 4 dollars back to my gift card?

There should be some people who promotes the non included lines in the HoH. They tell you where you can get it and shows you their stats. You can't buy it via HoH.

Horo(Recon): He will promote the antigua and IMF rewards with Merc demo(not mercurai).

Volcon(elemental fighter): Promotes Almarian set with SS lines, FoV and CoA.

Bristle(Piercing fighter): Promotes Quicksilver set and Snarby rewards.

Titian(Ancient Defender): promote anctient.

Valk: Promotes Heavanly set

____: Promotes Ice queen

For what? Voicing my opinion? So I don't have freedom of speech in this game?

I can sue OOO for that, you know. My lawyer is already telling me I have a good case.
