I have been having a problem, not with logging in, but once i am in the game, everything is okay for a random but short period of time, and then i cannot see the chat, though when i am in haven i can see my avatar talking and using gesture such as waving and sitting, and other players look like they are answering me, but because i cannot see speech bubbles or the chat, no scratch that, i see the chat to the point where i stop seeing people talking, so it just stays the same as it was, also i cannot join,invite or change servers, pretty much i am stuck where i last was, i can walk and apparentl

I've been trying to get an elevator pass lately, but the game won't let me. I have the money in my steam wallet, but it keeps silently failing. :/

I cant get into the SK forums from my main PC, when I try to get to the SK forums, I only get a blank page, nothing else(I wrote this post from a friend's PC). I can only get into the forums by using HSS, but this time, I cant log in. It says "502 Bad Gateway-nginx 1.2.1" when I try to log in. This problem occured like a month ago. I didnt get any significant reply from support, so I hope community could help me. Thanks.

First of all my friend play Spiral Knights by using STEAM.
So when he loggon in game ,everything is cool and no problem ,but when he start do missions ,he have graphical problem. He doesn't see floor.

Help! My game crashes when ever I hit the Haven name and number in top right corner to change Havens. I don't even get the chance to select a different Haven as it crashes while the selection screen is popping up. This is consistent as it happened to me 4 times in a row, but my game doesn't crash anywhere else. I've already sent a bug report, but does anyone have an idea as of what I could do to fix this?

when i saw my energy was up today i wen't to the local store to get a paysafe card to fill up my steam wallet i did that but when i tried to buy some crystal energy it said "reached spending limit , you card has not been charged . " what does that mean i still got money i my steam wallet but it won't buy. what did i do wrong?

I just recently started playing this game, and I really enjoyed it so I thought I should buy some stuff from the store. But I noticed on the wiki page that you can't only buy a lift pass, you need to buy energy aswell. At the same time I saw that you're limited to 10$ for a while.

But when I tried to use the links at http://wiki.spiralknights.com/Support_Portal, I just got to blank pages that showed nothing. I tried it while being logged in, and out. Also inactivated NoScript in order to see if it was causing the problem, but nothing changed.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Well, it's kinda hard to explain but, when setting to fullscreen on my SK, the screen spazzes out like, bits of the graphics all over the place. I really can't tell why it's doing that, and when I tried to look it up, there's no topic mentioning this. I wonder why it does that.
