the current update wont update it starts and then just stops and time keeps being added its almost as if its not asking for more data to be sent from online was wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there is a fix

During the past few days I often find myself getting 5 - 30 sec lag attacks during runs. Personally I was blaming my ISP for it since this started after we had a 2 day service black out here. I would like to believe that my ISP is having hiccups but every thing else I do is unaffected except SK which gives me insane 5-30 lag spikes randomly. This happens whether I have 2 bars or 4 bars in a run.
I activated the guardian pack (only one Ive had) on steam, and it just says "not installed" on my game library, no matter how many times I try to install it. Is there something I can do to fix this? I will send a support ticket when I get home, but I am hoping for a fix before I have to do that.
Is it possible to transfer my steam account to spiral knight account because i started to hate the steam because everytime when i'm doing like some jk run,steam will automatically log me out and give me something like server is not fully operated and i can't log in back for about one to two day.
And why can't i log in back to the game?

Horray new guild halls... not. Thanks, I can no longer log onto the game to even check them out. I seen this coming since the game has lately been logging me off randomly and lagging extremely bad despite having a good connection and blah blah blah let's just say I did everything I could possibly do to improve it. That means doing all the troubleshooting, ports forwarded, and all that jazz, but nope, all I can say is that the game wont handle any connection that isn't top of the line.

The game just freezes up, becomes unresponsive, and closes. Every time. I try reopening it, only to have it load me back to where I was when the game crashed, thus opening the guild hall list and causing the game to crash itself every time I open it.
EDIT: Additionally, the game no longer has sound. I have checked my settings and there SHOULD be sound, but there is none.
I logged on earier today and played the game. I got on to Steam again and now Spiral Knights is not showing up at all. It shows that is was never even installed. I need answers!
