Hey. Whenever i click the link in the spiralknights test discussion forum guide that leads to download page for test client, it says first 'A problem with this webpage has caused Internet Explorer to reopen this webpage', and then when it trys again it says 'Website restore error, we were unable to return you to spiralknights.com'. Why cant i run it?

Whenever i log into SK it says: "failed to connect to server" does this mean there is a re-boot? When will the server restart? Does anyone else have this problem? Please help!

Every time i even click on SK this error comes up. It doesn't even reach the login page.It was working fine then it started fail to connect to server and now this! Does anyone know how to fix this plz!

Is it some update or something? Is it happening to everyone? or is there just something wrong with my SK file?

It has been approximately 5 1/2 hours since 6PM (8PM Central) when the servers were brought down. The estimation was 3 hours and "several hours" on the downtime forum post translates to 2-3 hours. According to my calculations...SK is 2 /12 hours overdue of playtime. What's so hard about transferring data between servers on a T3 network?

Are we going to be compensated for this extended downtime? Free elevators for a day would be nice.

I play the web client right from this site, I have never had a problem before and I have it usually in under a half hour.

However this computer was upgraded recently and now when I go to the Play page on this I can't hold a steady download and it never finishes, the download freezes and my Network monitor shows that there is nothing downloading when there is still about 12-13 minutes left showing on the play page.

Anything else can hold a long download just fine.

hi, I tried to buy some CE for the box promo that's been going on with a gift card I purchased the other day. I registered the card for online purchases beforehand and it's been saying the transaction is pending for 5 hours. I just wanted to ask if this was abnormal and if I'll still get my boxes?

today i got disconected and lost 69 mist energy i dont know what happened. Also I experience a lot of lag always and wonder if i can download the game to fix it or something and are the elevators pass unlimited to use once you buy one or is it for a period of time. sorry if i sound stupid

I took a break from SK, and when I tried playing it again, this happens:

After that, I see a black screen, nothing else.

Can anyone help me with this? I'm using the Steam client. I've re-installed SK and Java twice already. I really don't know what's going on.

When i enter Spiral knights it no longer gives me the option to log in my account via steam however when i put in my account name and password for my account in the game, it doesnt log my characters instead it takes me to create a new character like im new to the game.... i dont know if anyone else is getting this or if its just me but i would love if anyone could let me know how to fix/deal with this problem.
