SK Closing when going fullscreen

Whenever I check the fullscreen box in options, Spiral Knights closes for some reason.

Trouble getting Correct Graphics Card to Run SK

HALP!

I have a gaming laptop: the Dell M11X. It uses 2 video cards: the integrated Intel card for regular, every day stuff, and an NVidia 335M for graphics intensive stuff (ie. gaming).

The NVidia control panel will often detect and automatically make my laptop use the NVidia card whenever I launch a game, but not always. Sometimes I need to manually tell the my rig to use the NVidia card for a certain program. To do this, I simply select the .exe that I wish to use the beefy graphics card in the NVidia Control Panel and I'm off to the races.

I can't get into Spiral knights at all.

Ok this is what happened. A few weeks ago I was playing Spiral Knights like normaly on my computer. Next day a flop on my computer and go into Google and type Spiral Knights. I press Play Spiral Knights and it does not work because it says something like time down please try agien in a few mins. Ok a few mins later i go back on and it says the same thing. So i do the same thing for 4 weeks and nothing changes. Now I'm on my moms lap top and it works.

How does this
Equal THIS

I know I don't have the fastest internet in the world, but I mean really, that's my speed and ping to North VA, which is where the SK servers are for the US. That guarantees 3 bars on SK, and yet the video is what it's really like for me.

Here's what I've done so far:

New Router
Ports forwarded
Firewall has exception for Java and SK itself on both TCP and UDP both ways

Cant boot through steam

so im trying to boot up spiral knights through steam, i get a black screen popping up for a few seconds and then it closes, the java process is still running in the background but nothing happens beyond this

today i try to play spiral knights, and i cant proceed to game, just freeze on Character choose screen.
i can just logoff or submit a bug report, and i already make this

EDIT:already fixed, i update the java.

So I have attempted to create an alternate account. I registered a new username in the Spiral Knights website, but unfortunately the revalidation email is not being sent, and I find myself unable to activate my alt account because of this. My main account is a Steam user, but I don't think that would affect the course of events that has occurred.

CE/CR Market bug/fail

I had 856x CE from a trade with another user. and bought CE via CR through the market to get to 12k CE
Then I put up on the market 20x 83xx CR for 100 CE. I went afk for 10 minutes came back logged back in and Im still at 12k CE
and my crowns are still at 105k from 400k and no CE?

So basically the system has taken 300k CR or 20k CE from me for no reason.
The ingame support ticket is useless, ive had a request open for close to 24 hours and no reply.
I have also done email support and I have heard nothing.
