every time i attempt to login once the game launches i get a message that says "either there is a temporary network outage or server is not yet fully operational" and to wait for it to reconnect. i've waited for about an hour and then tried to reconnect, but the message comes up aging. my computer exceeds the requirement to play the game. got any idea what i need to do?

So im trying to sell something at the Auction House. Now im trying to sell my "Sinister Skelly Suit" but the first time i tried it said "This item cannot be sold!" so i reailzed it had my Crest on it that i earned through i mission. So i went and took it off and tried again and the same thing happened. Now i though this item was Binded at that point so i went a took it to be unbinded and yet it couldnt be unbinded, because the option to wasnt even letting click on it, which i would assume means its not binded.

Has anyone else been having issues with connection lately? I've been dropping from a full 4 bars to a red dot of death. Though it can be entertaining to watch knights zoom around the map (especially if they are holding a Final Flourish), it's usualy not good for my knights health. I dont think it's my house, concidering nothing has changed (in terms of Internet usage anyway). Anyone else experiencing the same thing?

Each time I try logging on to SK through my Steam client, it ends up showing the Login screen, but as the name it says px: then a very long string of numbers, and no "Use Steam Account" option.

EDIT: I am able to log in through Steam, it's just that my knight, Honeyphos doesn't appear!

EDIT 2: Ok, so I have fixed the problem! This thread is no longer needed. :)

For some reason, the game takes a really long time to launch, the most recent time around 5 minutes. This only started happening this week, after I've been playing the game for months, and it doesn't happen every time. I'm playing through Steam on the mid-2010 Macbook with 4 GB RAM (instead of the standard 2 GB).

So I swapped by Nvidia GTX580 for a ATI 7970 today. Uninstalled the Nvidia software and installed the Catalyst 12.4 software.

Everything is working great except in Spiral Knights there is some strange texture or transparency problem. If I turn on "compatibility mode" then it goes away, but I lose all the nice textures as well. I've linked a screenshot of what I'm seeing.

Every time I try to change my resolution it shuts me out of the game. At first I thought it did this so that the next time I started up my game it would change. Sadly it only stays at 1280x960x16 75hz. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I have used my energy to go for a vana run. When I have finished I had 2 energy a few hours later I had about 20 mist energy. Then my brother made a new account. When I checked my mist had turned 3. He didnt use any energy expect when he started his first depth but does that use energy?
