Im playing the game on a mac through my steam account and 4 days ago when i launched the game my steam crashed and the SK window was stuck at a black screen, i have made sure that everything is up to date and ive even tried reinstalling both Steam and Spiral knights and it just wont work, ive tried to send a ticket to steam four days ago but they haven't replied yet and mabye someone would be able to help me in this situation

I used to play spiral knights by launching steam and it would automatically sign me in that way, but now it doesn't have that option.

I sent a request for my username and I got a reply saying my username is steam:765611980XXXXXXXX (using x's for security reasons), I entered this to try to reset my password but it says:

The username you supplied is invalid. Usernames may consist only of letters, numbers, non-sequential underscores and may not start or end with an underscore. Please check the username and submit your request again.

I need some help trying to figure out how to link my Spiral Knights account and my Steam account. I have tried before but I couldn't because of some server error and I won't even get the option to link them again. Can anyone help?

Okay, so i experienced this just yesterday and the day before that all was good. i tried reinstalling java, game client and tried everything Instructed in the technical issues page, as well as verifying cache.

Nothing worked and still need some assistance to this matter.

I am using Windows XP 32-bit sp3(latest)
My video card is nvidia geforce 8500 gt 1GB
And the latest drivers and files required.

I've been playing SK for a while now, and ever since the winter theme went away, it is virtually impossible for me to log into the game. Whenever I start the game, I will click my knight and be stuck "Heading into town" until the game decides to disconnect me from the servers. IF I ever manage to log on, leaving town square often greets me with a black screen. I don't want to lose my knight, I have so much effort put into it. Somebody please, halp Mooserz solve this dilemma.

There is this weird issue I have. I have played Spiral for a MONTH, and now, today, I don't have the "Sign into steam" option. Why can't I do that? How should I log in? My friend can log into HIS steam account.

Whenever I minimize SK, it closes and I have to keep restarting the game EVERY time and I'm absolutely sick of it. What is the problem? Can I fix it?

Every time I play the game , A FEW MINUTES IN AND THE SCREEN TURNS BLUE. On the screen it says that there is a problem that may have been caused by newly installed hardware , this only happens when i try to play the game. i just shut it down because i dont want my computer to get messed up

so i had exams so i went awey from gaming for 3 weeks. so i come back and of coarce i expect updates which i get. then when the game loads up its way off to the left so il just change the ratio right? wrong. its constantly on 1280x960 when i want it on 1280x800. but when i change it the game closes like it may start up again with new settings, but then just just stays minimised? help please i really wana get my SK fix after 3 hard weeks D:

I updated to the Windows 8 Dev preview, and now I can no longer run Spiral knights saying that my computer is not up to date or compatible. I was wondering if spiral knights will become compatible with Windows 8 dev soon.
