Some advice that I hope will help you guys out. Take it or Leave it, I just hope you consider it.
Damage affinities
The 3 Extra Damages, and the Normal Damage.
As it stands, Normal Damage is usually Under rated, and Feels often Inferior. Some Normal Damage sources have effects that the Extra Damage does not. More knockback, Different hitboxes, Different attack Rates. Therefore, it's a Good Idea to Keep their damage Lower. But sometimes there is no added effect, and the Normal Damage Weapons are Drastically inferior at Keeping up damage against Neutral targets; in comparison to Elemental Damage Equivalents.
My suggestion to you, is to simply Change numbers around until they are in a more balanced state. Also, I would Remind you to look at the damage done per Second, as some equivalent attacks have different attack Speed. Or Should have.

While you may already have this Implemented, You may not have taken the "weight" of added effects into Consideration. Or it often feels like the Value you place on Some Equipment is a little Skewed.
Some Examples:
The Flourish Line.
The Pure damage line is the Base, and the Offshoots trade a significant amount of Damage for a Low chance of a Status. Currently, The Trade off, Damage for Status, does not Equal each other. It may be Set low Due to the Damage of the Fire Status potentially doing far more than the Main Line. Or Maybe For the Utility of a Constant Stun. In any case, It's luck if you stun or ignite something.
Sealed Sword Line.
DA VS GF. Classic Feud material. They are partly Unbalanced, though. The Gran Faust Can Curse on the Second Hit, and Deals the Same Damage as a Divine Avenger. The Curse status should be worth something, Yes? I would suggest Changing the Numbers on the second hit. Either one of them. Because that is not balanced. NOTE: Charges with these weapons are different enough that they should probably be balanced against themselves. Probably.
Sealed Sword and Troika Lines.
It is True that you have to beat a Boss to get one of these lines, and the other you can get earlier. I could state my personal opinion, and say that You don't have to heat and Upgrade a Sealed Sword one more time... But frankly, I don't know whether it even matters. They Both go to 5*. On that Premise, I would Like to note that the Damage Per Second, or DPS, Is Way out of Sync, Considering that the Main Attack Combos is Literally the Same thing at Different Speeds. In that manner, Troika Line and Sealed Line have equivalent Combos, regardless of their individual Charge attacks.
Troika Line.
Suraruska Does not have Stun on Second Hit of the Normal Attack. Triglav Has Freeze on Second Hit. They Both Have the Same Damage Numbers. Is Freeze not Worth Anything? I suggest Changing the Numbers To reflect that. 'Ya Know, More Damage on Suda/Less Damage on Triglav.
Anyways... This is Just my Usual Obligatory-Post-To-Try-To-Help. I've Not Seen any real Balance Changes in my years Here. I know they've tried, But... Even now, With the Gunner Update... It looks like OOO may not be able to Do it.
